4. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Rights: All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Image Tools Toolkit and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Rights: You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights of the images you upload to and process with our Service. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.

License to Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.

5. Data Privacy and Processing

All image processing is performed locally in your browser. We do not upload, store, transmit, or retain your images on any server. Your images are processed entirely on your device and are never sent to external servers.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure

In no event shall our total liability exceed $100 USD.
